Evening Casual is less formal than strict evening wear, but more formal than jeans or shorts. Confusing! Well, we are here to help. While the definitions of evening dress code are usually a little more strict for men, women have more leeway in dressing appropriately. Imagine you’re going out to dinner with friends to a nice restaurant: you wear dressy clothing but not too dressy. You don’t have to wear a gown or full tuxedos. The key is to put together a comfortable yet still somewhat dressy outfit. Again, the color black is important to wear because black is chic, classy and always timeless.
